Ken's writing extend beyond his books and library shelves. A veteran of more than 40 years as a journalist, he has written for publications in Canada, the United States, and the U.K., focusing on and commenting on current events, Canadian history, social issues, and author interviews. Ken's daily newspaper career, which began in Toronto, has also included stints in Regina, London (ON) and Kingston. He also spent 28 years (1986-2014) as editor of the Queen’s Alumni Review magazine.
